contracted works with 360 Asheville
acting as a work for hire. Unless your
negotiated contract with 360 Asheville
differs from these terms all work is
bound by the below conditions.

goods, if the Project is billed as a
Fixed Job Cost as specified in the
original agreement, no refunds shall be
issued for monies received by 360
Asheville LLC, regardless of Project
status.
If you have any problems with your
project, please notify us as soon as
possible.
If the Project is billed Hourly, refunds
shall be decreased by the number of

expenses incurred, and the remainder is
subject to a 15% processing fee.
Work Schedule and Completion Date:
Developer to submit a First Mockup Draft
of web site no later than twenty (20)
days after Developer receives signed
agreement, along with down payment and
initial direction from the Client.
Client to provide Developer with all the
data needed to complete web site,
including text, company logo, and
photos. Upon completion of this stage,
the Client will be asked to confirm
acceptance for the basic site design via
e-mail or by signing a printed copy of
the design and faxing to Developer. Once
this acceptance is received from the
Client, the work necessary to complete
the project will continue. If no
acceptance is given within 90-days of
request the project will be considered
completed and account closed.
Upon completion of the web site, an
e-mail or letter and invoice will be
sent to the Client advising the Client
that the work has been completed. Client
will supply written approval by
printing, initialing and faxing back
each page in web site. After contract
has been paid in full, site will then be
uploaded to Client’s hosting company.
The Developer will burn one copy of the
Client's web site onto a CD, at the
Client's request, upon completion of the
site and upon receipt of final balance.
Additional copies of the CD are
available for $25.00 each.

Helpful Tips:
Experience has shown us that the best
web sites are produced for the lowest
cost when these guidelines are followed.
• Use email. Email is most
effective method for communicating with
us, particularly because it gives us
both a written record. Please use it
whenever possible.
• Be clear on what your goals are.
Let us know what you want from your web
site, your target audience, and special
needs.
• Decide on content. Decide what
content you want to present on your web
site. We will be in charge of designing
the how and where – the formatting and
layout. Our layout of your content will
be determined by organization and the
best layout to provide maximum search
engine optimization.
• Deliver content to us in an
organized and timely manner. Text
should be finalized, proofread and ready
for publication. Graphics should be
named carefully and sent in an orderly
way. All content should be sent via
email or client area upload in digital
format. No content is accepted in
writing or print version.
• Offer clear, helpful feedback to
design drafts. Remember that the
process consists of 2 rounds of
revisions. Additional revisions will add
additional costs to your project. It is
very important that you remain clear
about your needs and offer design
feedback and suggestions in a timely
manner.
• Leave it to us to produce a
professional product. Be flexible
and aware that time is limited, and
leave the responsibility of producing
professional results primarily in our
hands.
